2012 Duathlon

Lancaster Family YMCA Duathlon coming to Speedwell Forge!

Please join our 2012 Duathlon as we celebrate 30 years of providing opportunities for athletes of all levels to reach new health and fitness goals while making the local community stronger.

As our largest annual fund raising event, our Triathlon/Duathlon helps fund our Financial Scholarship Program. Through scholarships, children, families and individuals who are unable to afford the full costs of Y memberships and programs are able to benefit from everything the Y has to offer.

RACE OVERVIEW: 5K Run (3.1 miles) / 40K Bike (24.8 miles) / 5K Run

WHEN: Saturday, September 8
CHECK-IN: 5:30 - 8:00 a.m. PRERACE MEETING: 8:15 a.m.
RACE START: 8:30 a.m.
LOCATION: Speedwell Forge - Lititz, PA
ENTRY FEES: $85 Team/$60 Individual AFTER 8/1 : $95 Team/$ 70 Individual Participants who are not USAT members must also pay a $12 fee to USAT
