Get Involved in Your Community!

Volunteers are at the heart of the Lancaster Family YMCA Association. Hundreds of volunteers help govern the YMCA, assist with fundraising and give countless hours as tutors, coaches, mentors and program leaders. Volunteers are needed at the YMCA in many capacities, and we'll work with you to determine what role best suits you. Current opportunities at the City Center and Lampeter-Strasburg branches include the following and much more!

• After school or evening tutor/mentor
• Sports coach/Referee
• Office assistant
• Committee Member (Finance, Site Development, Marketing)
• Board Member
• Facility Improvement
