Triathlon Course DescriptionOlympic Course In the lake start; counter-clockwise swim keeping bouys to the left.
Bike (40K, 24.8 miles): Run your bike out of transition area Leave transition, right (R) onto West Brubaker Valley. Left (L) onto Blantz, L onto Long Lane, L onto Speedwell Forge, R onto Airy Hill, R onto Locust Grove, L onto South View, L onto Sanctuary, R onto Boyer Run, R onto Mountain, R onto Speedwell (second loop), continue on Speedwell, R onto Airy Hill, R onto Locust Grove, L onto South View, L onto Sanctuary, R onto Boyer Run, R onto Mountain, R onto Speedwell (to finish), L onto Lake View, straight into transition. Dismount prior to entering Transition Area
Run (10K, 6.2 miles): Leave transition, R onto West Brubaker Valley, L onto Weber, R onto Blantz, R onto Crest to turn-around, R onto Blantz, L onto Long Lane, L onto Seedwell, L onto Lake View, straight into transition.
Sprint Course Swim (500 yards): In the lake start; counter-clockwise swim keeping bouys to the left.
Bike (12 miles): Run your bike out of transition area Leave transition, right (R) onto West Brubaker Valley. Left (L) onto Blantz, L onto Long Lane, L onto Speedwell Forge, R onto Airy Hill, R onto Locust Grive, L onto South View, L onto Sanctuary, R onto Boyer Run, R onto Mountain, R onto Speedwell (to finish), L onto Lake View, straight into transition. Dismount prior to entering Transition Area Run (3 miles) Leave transition, R onto Brubaker Valley Rd, R onto Old Pike Rd to turnaround, L Brubaker Valley Rd, R onto Weber Rd to turnaround, R onto Brubaker Valley Rd; L onto Lakeview to Finish Line. |
