Register Today for the 12 week fitness program!!  All YMCA members are encouraged to register for this FREE program that's guaranteed to turn your life around and motivated to making a lifestyle change. Each member will be assigned a fitness coach who will design your individual program, work directly with you during three personal training sessions, participate in wellness seminars, and ensure that you are fully motivated to reach your goals. After the 12 weeks, the trainer will review your progress and develop a plan that will keep you on the path to a healthy lifestyle.
